Project management: what is it all about

Any project manager works with four variables: cost, schedule, time and producing a satisfactory result. A bit more ambitious objective is to improve business organization and resource allocation. The majority of projects employ such components as labour, money, and tools to produce something of value and meet objectives. To supervise projects effectively you need to handle a number of things. Some of them can be found in the next paragraph:

- Task setting and reviewing progress.

- Handling negative possibilities. Any project contains a lot of uncertainties that have to be accounted for.

- Assigning and supervising resources.

- Understanding the product you wish to see on completion of the project.

How do you manage your projects

Project management is a difficult job that has to do with 4 constant components: cost, timing, time and quality. A bit more challenging goal is to improve business processes and resource attribution.
