How do you manage your projects

A more ambitious goal is to improve business procedures and resource attribution. Take any project and you will observe that it needs people, money and tools to deliver end results. To work with projects successfully you should handle a number of things. A couple of them are listed below:
- Goal setting and reviewing achievement.
- Managing risks. The majority of projects have a certain degree of uncertainty.
- Allocating people and tools for the project.
- Defining the products of the project.
- Managing what is going on: giving out jobs, supervising execution.
- Managing adequate quality.
- Managing changes. Change happens. Most projects occur in time, so the factor of change should be accounted for.
- Exchanging information with sponsors and participants of the project.
